✨Hey guys please read the following information below before booking. By paying a non refundable deposit and booking you are agreeing to my policy below. ✨ ✨If a deposit is not required upon booking, please note that if you do not provide a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your card will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. ✨ ✨If you are running late please communicate that with me via text. There is a 10min grace period. You must be inside my suite and on the table at the 10th minute. This means you cannot be at the light, down the st, in the car or in the restroom. I cannot run late on someone else's appt. I am pretty fair and understanding but I cannot always accommodate your tardiness. If you arrive after the grace period your deposit is not refundable and your appointment will be cancelled. ✨Upon arrival please text me and let me know you are here and remain in your car. I do not have a waiting room so I will text you when its ok to come in. Please have your guest wait in the car for you. ✨THERE ARE NO REFUNDS✨ so please be sure when booking. This means if you book an appointment and later change your mind, your deposit is not refundable. The price of your deposit will vary depending on the service you booked. Your remaining balance will be paid the day of your appointment. I prefer the remaining balance to be paid in cash (please bring the exact amount I don't not have change). I also accept Apple Pay and Zelle. If you choose to pay your balance with a credit or debit card there will be a $2 fee added to your total. ✨Rescheduling/changes✨ Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit . There is a non-refundable deposit due when scheduling your appointment, this will go toward your total cost of service. As long as it's 24 hrs in advance you may reschedule or change your appointment and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. For example If your appointment is at 2pm on Thursday you must reschedule by 2pm (24hrs) Wednesday the day before. Your deposit is non refundable and not transferable anytime after 2pm. If you would like to remove a service please do so 24 hrs in advance. For ex. booking a 2hr appt and then upon arrival you ask to do only one (30 min) service is not ok. There will not be any refunds on the deposit you've already paid. ✨Aunt flo is not a reason to cancel on my end, I will still wax you with either a diva cup or tampon in. However if you don't feel comfortable I do understand, remember the 24 hr policy still applies and there are no refunds on your deposit if you need to cancel last minute. ✨To reschedule your appointment please text me at 202-830-5176 . Please state the time and date of your current appointment and the time and date you would like to reschedule to. I usually respond quickly but in case I can't please allow 24 hrs for a response. 🤍 Please note an excessive amount of rescheduling is not allowed (only two reschedules are allowed per appointment). ✨No Call No Show‼️ If there is no communication on your end (text) to let me know you can't make it or that you're aware that you missed it. You will be banned (at my discretion) from booking. Multiple last minute cancellations or reschedules will also result in being banned. ✨WAXING RULES✨ Please allow your hair to grow out at least 2-3 weeks after any hair removal (waxing, shaving or using nair). Please note if you are transitioning from shaving to waxing your results might not be super smooth until your 3rd wax. This is because your hair grows on three different hair cycle. Please stop use of all scrubs, glycolic pads/serum, any exfoliation products (latic, salicylic) or being tanned 48 hours before your appointment. ✨AGE REQUIREMENT✨ ✨You must be 13 or older in order to get waxed. If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. They will have to fill out a consent form. Parents do not have to be in the room with you while getting waxed. ✨These policies have been put into place to protect me as a business owner. I will also hold myself accountable. I do not cancel often but If I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment I will be flexible to your schedule and if we can't find a time that works I will refund you asap. ✨Additional information✨ ✨You must inform me and have stopped use of accutane for at least twelve (12) months. ✨ You must have stopped use of any topical steroid (2wks) or lightning cream (1week) and know that if it's not disclose it can cause immediate damage to your skin. ✨If you have any allergies. Please verbally inform me and list them in the note section of your appointment. ✨Please note that all esthetic services (waxing,facials, tinting) have certain side effects such as redness, swelling, tenderness, pimples, bruising, itchiness etc and may cause an allergic reaction but these are temporary and will gradually fade within 72 hours. ✨By booking you have agreed to all terms and conditions listed above and give consent for all services and future services. You release Vonn C. Waxing Studio , Vonn C.
